2017 WaterFire Sharon Sponsorship Opportunities

As a community event open to the public, WaterFire Sharon is entirely dependent upon donations and sponsorships to keep the fires burning. We will work with you to develop a partnership that addresses your vision. All of our sponsorships are rewarding and fun! Each can be customized to bring media attention, create employee satisfaction/recognition, focus on client development or a combination of the above.

Title Sponsor with Naming Rights for Entire Season ($50,000+)

Name/Logo recognition as Title Sponsor on all advertising, PR, printed material and social media post for the 2017 WaterFire Sharon PA season.
Name/Logo recognition as Title Sponsor on all banners in downtown Sharon and surrounding communities advertising the 2017 WaterFire Sharon events.
Name/Logo recognition as Title Sponsor prominently displayed on the WaterFire Sharon PA website homepage and FaceBook page.
A direct link from the WaterFire Sharon PA website to the sponsoring company’s website.
Access to a WaterFire Sharon PA boat (with working crews) during each event lighting for up to 12 guests of the sponsor’s choice. Guests will experience first-hand the beauty of WaterFire from the river and have the ability to help the crew tend the fires. (Guests are required to dress in all black, including shoes.)
VIP parking passes for 12 guests.
VIP area for viewing the lighting ceremony accommodating 20 guests.
Up to 50 torches carried by guests of your choice during the lighting ceremony. (Torchbearers are required to wear all black during the ceremony.)
Access to a room at the PHN building with water and light snacks provided.

Series Sponsor ($25,000+)

Logo/name recognition as Series Sponsor on all advertising, PR, printed material and social media posts for the 2017 Waterfire Sharon PA season.
Logo/name recognition as a Series Sponsor on all banners in downtown Sharon and surrounding communities advertising the 2017 WaterFire Sharon PA events.
Name/Logo recognition as Series Sponsor prominently displayed on the WaterFire Sharon PA website homepage and FaceBook page. A direct link from the WaterFire Sharon PA website to the sponsoring company’s website.
Access to a WaterFire Sharon PA boat (with working crews) during each event lighting for up to 8 guests of the sponsor’s choice. Guests will experience first-hand the beauty of WaterFire from the river and have the ability to help the crew tend the fires. (Guests are required to dress in all black, including shoes.)

VIP area for viewing the lighting ceremony accommodating 14 guests.
Up to 40 torches carried by guests of your choice during the lighting ceremony for all three events. (Torchbearers are required to dress in all black during the ceremony.)

Primary Event Sponsor ($10,000+)

Ring of Fire Sponsor ($8,000+)

Customized Sponsorship ($3,000+)

We will work with the sponsor to have the children’s area or one of the entertainment stages with their logo/name on a banner.

Trip Planner with WaterFire Sharon PA ($1,500)

With thousands of people attending each fire, and over 50% from out of town, by adding your hotel, restaurant, business or attraction link to the WaterFire website, visitors will be able to connect with you as they plan their visit to region.
